Itinerary:

9:30 AM, Leave Sapa from Pinocchio Hotel (015 Muong Hoa Str) by car to go down to Muong Hoa valley, it is the moment for enjoying the amazing lanscapes of the valley and Hoang Lien National Park. After 6km on the main road, we start walking down to the valley by the small trails through the terrace rice fields to get to Lao Chai village of the Black Hmong people (this means "old village" in the local dialect because the local people have settled here sine more than 200 years). It is time for you to visit the local families, listen to your guide's explanation about the local culture: how they live, way of building the traditional house, techniques of making clothes... or listen about the way of treatment for a sick person. You must be surprise to admire the wonderful terraced rice fields made by the villagers with the special technique.
Continue the path, we go to Ta Van village, the Giay people's residence. The guide to bring you into some family: listen about their life, enjoy some green tea, learn about the differences of their culture from the other hill tribes even they leave close to each other.
We will Stop here for lunch wich is served in one of the local family.
In the afternoon, we leave Ta Van to try some effort to up and down the hills and then cross through the bamboo forest. This brings you the sense to be closer to the nature. Escape from the bamboo forest, we reach to a Giang Ta Chai village of the Red Dzao people. Visit traditinal house of the Dzao, relax at the foot of the waterfall, try walking on the rattan brige...
Leaving Giang Ta Chai, we head up by the path to the main road where the car will pick up us to tranfer back to Sapa. End trip.
